Open-label, controlled, non-randomized real-life study including 89 children and adolescents with allergic rhinitis (AR) assessing the addition of Sinomarin Plus Algae Allergy Relief in controlling AR. The Control Group received only medication. The active group also received Sinomarin Plus Algae Allergy Relief adjunct to their medication.
Symptoms were primarily assessed by the control of allergic rhinitis and asthma test (CARAT) questionnaires and were also tracked along with daily medication through a MASK/Allergy Diary application. They were then combined in a novel total symptom/medication score (TSMS)
